Anjana has a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge in a wide range of legal areas. She specialises in property, probate, and civil litigation. She provides tailored legal advice and quality services, to both private and business clients, across various areas, in particular conveyancing,

succession, and commercial law. She combines expert legal knowledge with practical advice to meet the specific needs of the individual client. Prior to joining O’Reilly Thomas solicitors Anjana spent many years in a renowned

general legal practice, where she led the conveyancing and probate department. During her many years of practice, Anjana has gained extensive experience in the administration of estates, including contentious inheritance cases.

Anjana is dedicated to guide you through the probate process with empathy and expertise to ensure that the estate is administered in a caring and efficient manner. Anjana assists our clients with tax-efficient succession planning and

the drafting of wills. Whether you are selling, buying, transferring, or re-mortgaging, Anjana will complete your property transaction efficiently and seamlessly. Anjana also deals with all matters concerning commercial leases,

including ejectment proceedings, as well as residential lettings, disputes before the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) and the enforcement of determination orders made by the RTB.

Anjana will provide you with expert advice on any type of business contract or commercial agreement, including option agreements. She also assists our corporate clients with shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements and

company buy-backs. Anjana represents our clients in Court to make various applications, such as liquor licensing applications.
